You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if

The product is damaged

The product has a manufacturing defect

An incorrect product was delivered

Sale / clearance items are not eligible for return or exchange

Clear photos of the product showing the issue

Requests submitted after 7 days will not be accepted.

Return Pickup & Processing Charges

Return pickup and processing charges will be deducted from the refund amount

Charges depend on courier service and delivery location

Refund Policy

Once the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after approval

The refund amount may be adjusted after applicable deductions

Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges will be shipped within 7–10 working days
