Eligibility for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases

- An incorrect product has been delivered

Return Pickup & Processing Charges
- Return pickup and processing charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount

- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Refunds are processed within 7 To 10 working days after approval
- The final refund amount may be adjusted after applicable deductions such as pickup or processing charges
Exchange Policy
- Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 7 To 10 working days
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per this policy
- Exchange will be processed only after the originally delivered product is returned and verified
