At Kurta Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. All products are carefully inspected and quality checked before dispatch. However, if you receive a product with an issue, please review our policy below.

Eligibility for Return or Exchange

Return or exchange requests are accepted within 7 days of delivery only in the following cases

  1. The product received is damaged
  2. The product has a manufacturing defect
  3. An incorrect product has been delivered

  1. Products purchased during sale or clearance are not eligible for return or exchange, unless they are received damaged or incorrect.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

Please include

  2. Clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product

Requests submitted after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Return Pickup & Processing Charges

  1. Return pickup and processing charges, if applicable, will be deducted from the refund amount
  2. Charges may vary depending on the courier service and delivery location

Refund Policy

  1. Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
  2. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  3. Refunds are processed within 7 To 10 working days after approval
  4. The final refund amount may be adjusted after applicable deductions such as pickup or processing charges

Exchange Policy

  1. Approved exchanges will be dispatched within 7 To 10 working days
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability
  3. If the requested replacement product is unavailable, a refund will be issued as per this policy
  4. Exchange will be processed only after the originally delivered product is returned and verified

Conditions for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange

  1. The product must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered
  2. The product must be returned in its original condition
  3. All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
  4. Returns will not be accepted for products that are
  5. Used
  6. Damaged due to customer handling
  7. Altered or without original tags/packaging
