Exchange Policy
At Kurta Clothing, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions.
Exchange Eligibility
- Exchange requests must be raised as per our return/exchange guidelines.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- The originally delivered product must be returned to us first before any exchange is processed.
Exchange Process
- Once an exchange request is approved, the customer must return the product to us.
- The exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
- After successful inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7 To10 working days, subject to availability.
Product Availability
- If the requested replacement product or size is not available, a refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
