Exchange Policy

At Kurta Clothing, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction. We offer exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions.

Exchange Eligibility

  1. Exchange requests must be raised as per our return/exchange guidelines.
  2. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  3. The originally delivered product must be returned to us first before any exchange is processed.

Exchange Process

  1. Once an exchange request is approved, the customer must return the product to us.
  2. The exchange will be processed only after the returned product is received and inspected by our team.
  3. After successful inspection, the replacement product will be dispatched within 7 To10 working days, subject to availability.

Product Availability

  1. If the requested replacement product or size is not available, a refund will be issued as per our Refund Policy.
